When do you ship? 

Processing days do not include Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Holidays. 

Every order is handmade with love, by one individual. Please allow 5-12 BUSINESS days of processing time for all orders.
Nolaskinsentials takes pride in making sure each order is fresh, of the highest quality and properly made for our customers.

Shipping / Insurance

All Domestic orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance! For International orders, not including Canada and the United Kingdom, we can offer Priority Mail (insurance included) or USPS.  When choosing USPS, please know your Post Office location and if they deliver straight to your home address. If you are uncertain, please choose UPS. 

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipment.

Nolaskinsentials ships worldwide! However, for international orders, we kindly suggest you allow us to create the order for you. Our shipping carrier will charge double taxes if the order is created by you, through the website. Please, contact us by email or social media, and we will take care of you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail, indicating the arrival of your purchase. Please, remember that Priority Mail does not indicate that your order will arrive in 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that processing times takes 5-10 business days before shipment. Once in transit, your package will arrive in 2 or 3 days via USPS.  

Your products worked for my friend. Will they work for me?

Whether it's due to your skin type or specific target problem, all our skin is different. Thus, results will vary between individuals. Typically, our products yield noticeable results within 2-8 weeks. Because our skincare products are entirely natural and vegan, the results may come slower, but will maximize skin health in the long run, as opposed to chemical-ridden products. While a specific item may be working for someone else, it may not work for you. For this reason, we've created a range of products to target different skin types and conditions. We also offer a skin consultation to help you select the product that is best for you. 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We do not accept returns of any sort.

Because our products are handmade to order, we can only offer refunds PRIOR to shipment. Checking your cart prior to providing your billing information can prevent any unwanted purchases. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Any order discrepancies MUST be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of package arrival, and the packing slip must be kept. We are NOT responsible for incorrect listed addresses; be sure to double-check this information at checkout. Any orders that are cancelled after 24 hours after being placed will be subject to a $5.00 cancellation/restock fee.  

Fraud / Chargeback

Refunds will be made if credit card purchases don’t match exact billing and street address.

If you've been alerted that your purchase is at a high risk for fraud, your order will be declined and money refunded. Credit card companies monitor high risk accounts very closely, and will notify us immediately if any red flags appear. We apologize for the inconvenience and welcome anyone to repurchase with the updated and matching information.

A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent, we will file a report with the IFCC, the customer's local authorities, Better Business Bureau and file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. Nolaskinsentials will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to Nolaskinsentials. You agree that you will not make any chargebacks, and/or deny or reverse any such payment. You agree to reimburse the supplier for any chargebacks, denial or reversal of payments you make and any loss suffered by the supplier as a consequence. In the event that payment of a shipped order is reversed by you or a third party payment processor, you are responsible for making the payment to Nolaskinsentials immediately.
