Shipping:
We offer expedited shipping options (availability and cost vary based on the location). You can place orders on nolaskinsentials.com at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that NolaSkinsentials currently only ships within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
International Shipping:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping, refunds, or exchanges at this time. For international customers, we recommend reaching out to your original place of purchase for assistance.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to expedite the shipping process. As a result, we may be unable to cancel or modify orders. If you received a shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel the order since it has already been picked up by the carrier. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer free returns for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
