Refund policy

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to utilize our return center. Returns are available within 7 days of your product's arrival. Returns are applicable on single, regular size items only. We do not accept returns on bundle/kit items. Once your return is received, store credit will be issued to your Nolababe account. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping is nonrefundable/non-creditable. 

*If you cancel your order prior to shipment we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
