This was the perfect gift for my sister! Got the email very quickly and made purchasing future products easy

I ordered this card to go into a friends birthday gift, and I was charged shipping. I wanted a physical card to add into a gift with other physical things but this card is n it physical and no where did I see that stated before I bought this. Then I was charged shipping which again made me assume it was physical, in order to get my money back for the shipping I had to talk to customer support to get a refund on just the shipping. Not even the whole thing. Which was quick and easy but still a hassle to do in the first place. I’m sure all these problems can be fixed in the future but when I purchased this item it was a disappointment.
