Hyaluronic H2O Créme

The past 3 batches I've purchased of this moisturizer have all been incredibly watery and could see the oil separated from the rest of the product. I can not even close the lid all the way without it gushing out the sides which wasted so much product. I'm incredibly bummed as I've been using this moisturizer since 2020! I loved it back then, it was the only moisturizer that worked for my oily/combo skin. But it seems the formula has changed within the past 1.5 years.

Unfortunately contacting support has been useless. I sent them photos and videos but they were not able to give me any insight or resolution to this reoccurring issue. I followed their advice of putting it in the fridge, which did help make it less watery temporarily, but it never went back to it's original creamy form. Mind you, they ALL arrived this way each time. I do not live in a hot climate. None of my other products, including this one, have melted because of the weather. Refrigerating or mixing them did not work. It is on me for not writing this review sooner, I loved this moisturizer so much I wanted to keep giving it more chances. But I just finished the last amount I had and now have to start my moisturizer search all over again. I'm happy with my other Nola products, they will not be loosing my support completely. I was willing to try their other moisturizers as an alternative, but none of them worked for me personally.

Been shopping with them since 2022 and this year I started experiencing problems with them.

I found this product to separate after having it for a month. Every time I attempt to mix it together, it just separates again.

Additionally, within the past month, I reordered this product and 3-4 weeks later (after I inquired) they decided to tell me the product was out of stock. I live in the west coast and have to pay extra shipping and wait longer times for my products to come in and it was an inconvenience. I asked them when they were planning to inform me of this since it had been weeks and it was swept under the rug with no answer to my question.

Unfortunate that I will have to find another brand to support.

It definitely gives and locks in moisture,no greasy film,nice glow day or night.

My skin is oily/sensitive and this moisturizer is the best! Super moisturizing and helps control the oil without being too heavy.

This moisturizer works great on my break out prone skin. I’m able to use it all seasons without making my skin feel oily or contribute to break outs. It always makes my skin feel so soft and smells great too. I use it with the fountain of youth serum at night and brightening c-serum during the day. I love that it’s vegan and comes in plastics free packaging.
